Raise your hand for permission to speak. 4. Have your Daily Planner. 5. Sharpen pencils before 9 AM. Daily Codes: Green = Perfect Day Yellow = 1 infraction to the daily routine and/or rules Red = 2 or more infractions to the daily routine and/or rules A = Absent T = Tardy (I arrived in the classroom after 8:10 a.m.) H = At least 1 homework assignment was missing or turned in late Parent’s Signature:_____________________________ Date:__________________
