In this tour we will see some of the most used features of the Facebook application 1 Your Facebook Homepage + The facebook homepage is divided into 4 sections: • The Wall: This is where you see messages posted by people in your network. • Info: This section contains information about your account • Photos: This section contains the photographs you have uploaded.

Logging Into the Portal – A Vertical Procedure Step List • Logging Into the Portal 1 Click the Customer Service Page on the homepage. 1 Click the Customer Login link. 2 This will open the Portal Login screen. Enter your 12 digit Username and Password to enter the Portal. 3 Note: If you do not remember your password, please use the Forgot Password link on the Customer Portal Login page.
