  2. Introduction NIT Trichy stands for the National Institute of Technology Trichy established in the year 1964 Located in Tamil Nadu Stateand it is the best NIT. The college having autonomous status approved by UGC in the year 2003. The college was spread in an area of 800 acres full of the green campus environment. The college came under Top 10 Engineering colleges in India in NIRF ranking.

Connectivity NIT Trichy is situated in Tiruchirappalli Tamil Nadu the nearest railway station Trichy Junction which is only 23 km distance from the college the nearest airport is Trichy International Airport which is only 24 km away from the college campus so you can find better connectivity to reach the college campus.

  4. Eligibility Criteria Those who dream to get admission in this college must have fulfilled the bar of percentage criteria Students must secure 75 percent marks in class 12th and having PCM subjects and if you belong to category SC/ST/PwDthen the percentage criteria are only 65 percent. Admission Procedure To get admission for the Undergraduate program in engineering students must give JEE Mains and according to the marks and rank secured by the student can able to participate in the counseling where they fill the choice of the branch in which they willing to take admission. To take admission in Post Graduate Program college gives admission based on the GATE Score Cards for M.Tech and Ph.D. Courses

Fees Structure The fees structure for the B.tech course is Rs 72,100 per semester means if we calculating fees of 4 Year B.Tech Course then it goes some around Rs 6 Lakh which does not include your hostel fees. The Hostel fees per semester are Rs 24,600/- only Means if we calculate the hostel fees for 4-year courses then it goes Rs 2 Lakh approximate.

  8. Facilities The College having a central library having almost the vast collection of books, journals, Ebooks, Video lectures, and many more. There is a total of 28 hostels out of which 22 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel to provide accommodation to the students. College also having Canteen and Gym facilities. The college also provides several sports facilities consist of 2 Footbal l ground, 2 Volleyball Court, 2 Basketball Court, 1 Hockey field, 3 Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool and, many more.

NIT Trichy Fest Here we talking about fest which everyone favorite Ever year college organized it's on annual cultural fest which they named as FESTEMBER which is a 4-day event held in the month of September. The event was witnessed several events like Dance, Music, Fashion Show, Street Plays, Painting, and many more in which students participate to show their talents beyond the academic.

  10. Placements Every year college improves its placement records when we compared the last three years.
