Why Rural CoC’s? • Nearly 20% of homeless persons are in fully, mostly, or somewhat rural geographic areas • High Performing Rural CoC Sample • Peer Identification and/or NAEH Identification • Reduced Homelessness • Clear Identification of System goals • Progression toward goals in a coordinated, cohesive manner
