Why Rural CoC’s? • Nearly 20% of homeless persons are in fully, mostly, or somewhat rural geographic areas • High Performing Rural CoC Sample • Peer Identification and/or NAEH Identification • Reduced Homelessness • Clear Identification of System goals • Progression toward goals in a coordinated, cohesive manner

CSF 1: An identified “Glue Person” Builds and maintains relationships Encourages coordination, collaboration, and accountability Stays abreast of and communicates information Enhances system performance & Increases progress towards goals 5 Critical Success Factors in High Performing Rural CoC’s
