  4. At home • Have a private coach • Practice routine 3-5 times a week • Practice at home • Get materials you need for home 6th Hour

  5. Preparation • Warm up • Run • Stretch • Go over it in your head • Practice 6th Hour

  6. Routine • Easy • Looks good • Doesn’t hurt you • Short and sweet: if there's not a time limit • Music that you like 6th Hour
