Each society must have key roles filled by committee members to ensure smooth operation and effective communication. The President serves as the main contact and oversees all activities, the Secretary handles administration and communication, while the Treasurer manages finances and funding applications. Engaging with members, soliciting their feedback, and organizing events contribute to society's success and member development. Volunteering in these roles enhances management, leadership, and communication skills, offering valuable employability benefits and recognition opportunities.
