May 3rd, 2014CAMBRIDGE SPEAKING Prep SEMINAR • There’ll be seminar about Speaking exam for Cambridge Test prep. • 07:30 – 08:10 : SMA 11 ABC • 08:10 – 08:55 : SMP 7 AB • 09:10 – 09:50 : SMP 7 CD • 09:55 – 10:35 : SMP 8 AB • 10:50 – 11:30 : SMP 8C • All Ts are welcomed to join. • Seminar will be given by Mr. Timothy Paul McKinney.

May 5th, 2014OSN (National Science Olympiad) SMA Preparation • Some Ss who will represent Banten province in OSN starting from this date will not join any regular lesson. • Olympiad Coordinator (Mr. Ali Evmez) has organized a special training program for them. • All Ts are expected to motivate them. May 10th, 2014SCORE LIST COMPLETION FOR ALL Ts (soft copy) • What are included? • All quizzes, homework, practice scores. • Attitude scores • Comment per subject • Class Ts comment • Behavioral & discipline scores (for Class Ts) • Club / extracurricular activity scores (for Club Ts) • DON’T FORGET: • Re-check your comment per subject and class Ts comment.

  13. May 10th, 2014FCE Cambridge Exam • FCE Test is for 11th Graders. • Only test Reading, Listening and Writing. • Organized by English Ts and Mentari Cambridge Test Centre. • Approximately 6 classrooms will be needed. • It’ll be holiday for other Ss (in confirmation).

  14. May 11th, 2014FCE Cambridge Exam • FCE Test is for 11th Graders. • It only tests Speaking skill. • Ss will be given a schedule per pair to be interviewed for about 15 minutes. • It is SUNDAY. • All Ts (especially Class Ts) please make sure that all Ss come to the test.

May 11th-16th, 2014BASKETBALL CAMP for NEW STUDENTS - SMA • The program is part of school orientation program for new Ss. • Only 10th Grade candidates (boys) can join the program. • We expect around 10-15 candidates will join the program, including our 9th Grade students who continue in KharismaBangsa. • During the program they will stay in the Dormitory. • Check-in time 4 pm, May 11th, 2014.   16. May 12th, 2014OPENING OF SBMPTN APPLICATION • SBMPTN is a written test for university entrance exam in Indonesia. • All 12th Grade Class Ts together with The Coordinator (Mr. FandieArfianto) will follow-up this program.

May 12th, 2014FINAL EXAM QUESTIONS SUBMISSION (last day) • NON-CENTRALIZED EXAM SUBJECT • The subjects are: social studies, art, sport, religion etc. • Ts are responsible to prepare the questions. • The question format consists of multiple choices and essay. • The time given for the exam is approximately 60 minutes. • Multiple choices 30 questions, essay 5 questions (open to discussion). • The level of difficulty of multiple choice questions are: • 50% easy level questions • 30% medium level questions • 20% hard level questions • All Ts will add 5 essays questions: • 2 easy level questions • 2 medium level questions • 1 hard level questions

May 12th, 2014FINAL EXAM QUESTIONS SUBMISSION (last day) • CENTRALIZED EXAM – Science, Mathematics and Bahasa (there are 2 options) • 1st option: If the questions are sent by Zumre Leaders before May 7th. • All Ts will use the questions given after thorough examination by preparing pointers and question cards. • All Ts have the authority to change the questions if they find them inappropriate under the control and approval of zumre (indicated by signature of zumre leader in the question cards). • The time given for the exam is 90 minutes. • Multiple choices 30 questions, essay 5 questions (open to discussion). • The level of difficulty of multiple choice questions are: • 50% easy level questions • 30% medium level questions • 20% hard level questions • All Ts will add 5 essays questions: • 2 easy level questions • 2 medium level questions • 1 hard level questions • Any problem will be discussed in zumre meeting under supervision of Ed. Coordinator.

  22. May 15th, 2014KET & PET Cambridge Exam • KET is for 7th and 8th Grade and PET is for 9th and 10th Grade. • All the tests (speaking, listening, reading and writing) will be done in one day. • It is NATIONAL HOLIDAY. • All Ts (especially Class Ts) please make sure that all Ss come to the test.

  23. May 15th-17th, 2014OSN (National Science Olympiad) for SMP • It will be held in Padang, Sumatera Barat. • We have Banten province representatives from our school, who are: • NurulSriandaPutri (8B) : Mathematics • Sarah AlyaTsaabitah (8B) : Fisika • Olympiad Coordinator (Mr. Ali Evmez) has arranged special training program for them. • Those Ss will not join regular lesson starting from May 1st.

May 17th-24th, 2014FINAL EXAM • All Ts have regular working hours. • All Ts are responsible for checking the result and the essay. • All Ts are responsible to check whether the Ss he/she taught joined the exam or not. • Staff only helps to check the LJK (answer sheet for multiple choices). To organize/put into the score list is Subject Ts’ responsibility. • It’s highly suggested that after the lesson is tested, the next morning the subject Ts finish checking and copying the final exam score into his/her score list.

  25. May 20th, 2014UN (National Examination) RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT for SMA • All Ts will be shared the info. • Most probably at night.

  26. May 21th, 2014MEETING FOR FINALIZING GRADUATED Ss • After UN result announcement we will hold a meeting discussing the result. • The meeting starts at 13:00.

  27. May 24th, 2014SCORE LIST SUBMISSION (hard & soft copy) • All Ts submit finalized score list in soft copy format. • All Ts submit finalized score list in printed format with their signature (form is given). • This is the deadline; Ts who cannot meet the deadline will be given a sanction. • The deadline at 13:00 pm.

  28. May 24th, 26th, 28th, 2014MEETING FOR REPORT DISTRIBUTION • May 24th : 1st Meeting starts at 13:00 • May 26th : 2nd Meeting, time TBA • May 28th : 3rd Meeting, time TBA • All Ts will join the meeting.

May 26-30th, 2014CAMP DAYS FOR STUDENTS • English Drama Camp for 7 & 10 Graders (will be explained by Mr. Tim). • The camp is in drama format and organized by English Zumre. • The program starts at 7:30 until 12:20. • After 12:20 all the Ssbcome Class Ts’ responsibilities under Guidance Coordinator (Mr. Ahmet Cetin & Ms. Safiye). • UN (National Examination) Preparation Camp for 8 & 11 Graders. • The camp will be held together with SSC (waiting for confirmation). • Science, B. Indonesia and English Ts will be involved in the program. • The responsible Ts for the program are all Class Ts of 8 & 11. Specific committee will be announced later. • After 12:20 all the Ssbcome Class Ts’ responsibilities under Guidance Coordinator (Mr. Ahmet Cetin & Ms. Safiye).

  31. May 27th, 2014SNMPTN (invitation) RESULT • The result of SNMPTN (acceptance to university in Indonesia via invitation or screening Ss’ achievement) will be announced. • Coordinator Grade 12 is responsible to collect all info about the result. • All Ts will be shared the info.

  32. May 31st, 2014REPORT DISTRIBUTION • Report distribution starts at 10:00-12:30. • All Class Ts have to be in the school at 7:30. • There’ll be a meeting with all Class Ts at 08:30 with Ed. Coordinator.

  33. May 31st, 2014GENERAL MEETING for Next Academic Year • Meeting starts at 13:30. • All Ts are obliged to join. • Ts will be given the information • Which classes he/she will teach next year • Who are the class Ts • What clubs/extracurricular activities he/she will handle • General evaluation will be made for previous academic year.

  36. June 2nd-7th, 2014WORKSHOP PREPARING DOCUMENTS FOR NEW ACADEMIC YEAR • All local Tswill join the program. • There’ll be speakers from Ministry of Education (in confirmation). • Ts will prepare documents based on zumre not based on the classes taught.
