  2. Introduction • Within Our Power is a unique product. It uses stories inspired by real life, delivered with emotional impact, to illustrate the subtleties, complexities, and varieties of workplace sexual harassment. • The course highlights what each member of a workplace community can do to achieve the common goal of preventing and addressing sexual harassment and maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all.

Product Description • Within Our Power offers insights into the four different roles employees may find themselves in when sexual harassment begins to unfold, and presents 4 proactive, powerful, and practical actions that anyone can use to prevent and/or address sexual harassment. Awarded 2020 Silver Telly in the category of Corporate Training, 1 of only 16 programs to be honored. • Mary Chlopecki designed this course based on her more than 20 years as an attorney, investigator and trainer, focusing on preventing and addressing workplace harassment. The stories shown in this program are fictional, but were inspired and informed by real cases. Mary collaborated with Joel Lesko of SunShower Learning to bring her training to life.
