  3. Online Forklift Training Course OSHA requires all forklift operators to be evaluated every three years. For the majority of workers, this evaluation doesn't require any additional training, but it is still a good idea to ensure that temporary workers are trained to operate forklifts safely. In this case, the training should be provided by a temporary agency, but must have a written plan in place for training. If the worker is employed by a temporary agency, they are still required to be certified in operating a forklift.
