  5. Sunday 9:45 Winter Service For 10 weeks starting in January and ending middle of March Children Choir Sunday School Sunday School class moves from worship center to Education wing, 4th & 5th graders move down hall and youth moves to office conference room. Youth Worship

  7. Sunday Evening Children Choir - 940 Sunday School Youth Worship Life class meets as needed

  8. Tuesday activities UMM meets the second Tuesday of each month for speaker and dinner 9:00 Women’s bible study – Dot Wood Other Boy Scouts MOPS and Moms morning out Worship Arts

  9. Wednesday Activities Al non meets at Noon CR meets at 10-noon Children Classes Choir Youth Music Classes

  10. Thursday Evening Celebrate Recovery Worship Arts When the Start celebration station starts more rooms will be needed for elementary children. 6.30 am men's bible study dot - wood 9:30 am women's bible study – dot wood

  11. Friday Activities CR are group meets that has childcare Al Non meets at noon Parents night out once a month Celebrate Recovery noon – 2pm

  12. Quest Camp – weekdays 7:30 am -5:30 pmFor 10 weeks during the school summer break (One of those weeks is VBS) Due to set up and take down issues this room could not be used for Quest Quest camp used the sanctuary this past summer. The current activity building and classrooms were used so often that made it impossible to have anywhere else.

  13. Vacation Bible School All activities are suspended for week so VBS can take over the campus No room for growth as we have hit the limit on number of children with the facilities we have.

  17. Thursday Evening - NEW Celebrate Recovery 6.30 am men's bible study dot - wood 9:30 am women's bible study – dot wood As we start celebration station more rooms ware shown for the elementary children.

  18. Quest camp - NEW Moves quest camp to new building – can eat outside on patio, has kitchen access, bathrooms are attached, frees up Sanctuary for other uses, does not disrupt weekly activities in the Dot wood room.

  28. Construction Bidding Criteria • Contractor’s main focus is on metal building construction • Years of experience • Is a local contractor • Reputable name in the community • Builder buildsthe building and is not sub contracted • History of contractor completes projects timely

  29. Selection of Bid • Bids where sent to eight contractors in September • Six bids where received back • Building committee voted and selected the lowest bid

  33. New building cost Gifts received over the next 9 months should pay for the addition. The Finance Committee was able to securing financing and had three good options to choose from. If we did have to finance a portion at a later date we can then revisit the options.
