  1. VOLUME I Fall 2013 Newsletter issue 2 Stonebridge Community Updates: Front Entrance: Last month all 4 stone structures at the entrance were power washed. The lighting was fixed and mums were planted to spruce up the front entrance. Townhome Hillside the interior hillside behind the homes on Bridgewater and the hillside in the cul-de-sac were cleared and trimmed to give it a more clean look. The Emergency Road Access off of Stonebridge was finally cleaned up and landscaped by AR Builders. The permanent gate structure at the entrance of the emergency road will not be constructed until the Apartment construction phases 3 and 4 are completed. , From the Stonebridge HOA Board Members Happy Halloween!! Henry Ford • Safety Reminders for the Fall and Winter • Residents for reasons of safety, during the fall months please do • not blow your leaves into the street please bag your leaves and yard • clean up and put on the curb for trash day. During the winter • months please do not blow the snow from your sidewalk or • driveway into the street. • With the shorter days and less daylight, please make sure your gas • lamps are in good working condition so that our community is kept • well lit. Townhome News Townhome Street Snow Removal is included in your monthly assessment. The street is plowed when the snow accumulates over 2”. Townhome owners may still need to remove the snow that gathers at the end of your drivewayand around your mailbox. Kressview Drive Overflow Parking Area – During the week of November 4 – 8, please do not park your cars in the Kressview Dr. cul-de-sac overflow parking area between 8AM-5PM as we will be moving and fixing the large rocks that have slid over the hillside. Townhome Overflow Parking areas – All cars parked in these areas must have current registration and inspection stickers. Cars that do not have current stickers must be removed immediately. Residents: The speed limit through our community is 20 mph. Please drive the speed limit for the safety of everyone in our community.
