  1. Discover Cork City by Train: • Take the train to Cork City and visit the many historical and cultural attractions that Cork City has to offer. Resting on the banks of the River Lee, Cork City was voted one of Lonely Planet’s Top Ten Places to visit in the World in 2010. Kent Station was built in 1893 and was the location for the movie “The Great Train Robbery” in 1978 - starring Sean Connery, Donald Sutherland and Leslie-Anne Down. The oldest Post Box in Ireland is also located in Kent Station’s main concourse.   2. Special Commuter Train Timetable For The Cruise Liner Emerald Princess 07.30hrs @ Cobh Cruise Terminal – Monday, 28th April 2014. New For 2014. New Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) have been installed at Cobh Station. These TVMs accept Euro coins, €5, €10, and €20 notes - and give change in coins. Credit Cards with Chip & Pin facilities are also accepted. TVMs will not accept €50 notes unless the purchase is more than €32.00.
