We will reflect on the ICLE Literacy training with Jim Miles and explore practical strategies to create rigorous and relevant instruction. Participants will showcase the NYCTE Center website, review a Gold Seal Lesson aligned with Common Core State Standards, and discuss literacy strategies adaptable for their classrooms. Bring a sample lesson plan to share and engage with colleagues in developing best practices that enhance student learning. Resources and support provided.
