  3. How it all began –NICE CG 71 August 2008 • Yorks and Humber SCG identified FH as an issue December 2008 • West Yorkshire Cardiovascular Network requested to initiate a group • End of January 2009 first meeting • May 2009 extended to NEYNL and North Trent Networks

  4. Stakeholders • Clinicians – Lipidologists, Cardiologists, paediatricians & GP’s • Managers – Hospital (adult and paediatric) • Commissioners – Primary care & SHA • Networks – WY, NEYNL & NT
