  3. نصب برنامه Net meeting :Local Area Network Finish

  4. توضیح برنامه : آدرس Ip برای برقرار تماس Place Call برای قطع تماس ٍEnd Call دیگشنری (فرهنگ لغت ) FindSomenone in a Dirctory برای شروع فیلم گرفتن Start Video برای تنظیمات صدا Audio volume Adjust

  5. برای ارسال فایل Transfer Filesبرای نقاشی کردن White boardبرای ارسال پیام Chatبرای به اشتراک گذاشتن Share Pragrom توضیحات برنامه :

  6. نکته : فایل هایی که ارسال می شود در پوشه ای به نام File Receivedذخیره می شود .نکته : برای تنظیم برنامه که در لیست اضافه شود دستورFirewallرا Off میکنیم.نکته : Ip سیستمStart-> Run-> Cmd-> Ipconfingنکته : روش دیگر برای نصب این برنامه : Run  Conf.exe  Enter
