Establishing a standardized format for TN forms is crucial for ensuring accurate and clear job descriptions (JDs). This document serves as the sole reference for evaluation by Employment Partners (EPs) and the International Career Bureau (ICB). Misleading or incorrect information has led to at least five noted cases of miscommunication. It's essential to keep the details up to date, including the internship description, organizational preferences, skills, and other important specifics. Immediate updates and clear definitions will facilitate efficient matches and avoid future discrepancies.

Why we need a standard for this? • TN Form with TN AN, EP AN and memo-deal is equal to agreement / contract. • This is the only document EP can refer to about the job and will be the only document for ICB to judge of the JD • We have at least 5 bad cases are because of the wrong JD or wrong information in the TN form
