Linking of Method and Tool • Give the people a new method, and they will not really know how to apply it. • Give the people a new tool,and they will not really know what to do with it. • Linking of method and tool (fitting together) may improve the situation dramatically. • We are currently working on this and have a small prototype available already.

  5. Architectural Style • Work definition for creating architectural model supported by MDA • Software architect selects architectural style. • Corresponding trans-formation rules may apply. • Manual modifications • Transformation is thus according to the given requirements, but not from them.
