  3. Mission STATEMENT To empower community residents to prevent alcohol, drug abuse and related consequences among youth in New Castle County through communication, collaboration and coordination.

  4. Unite 13 neighborhoods along New Castle Avenue to prevent and reduce the misuse and abuse of alcohol by increasing knowledge, skills, and behavior of all residents across the lifespan; • Increase protective factors and reduce risk to delay the onset, reduce misuse and prevent abuse of alcohol among Delawareans ages 12-18; • Produce measurablechange and sustainable outcomes within our targeted New Castle County communities. The GOAL of this SPF-SIG Project is to:

  10. 1. Reduce the consequences of underage drinking & marijuana use, like vandalism, domestic violence/assault, poor school performance, prostitution, burglary, etc. 2. Partner with other committed community citizens and agencies with support from DSAMH funding; 3. Website linkage to announce or learn about community events, accomplishments, needs and challenges; Benefits of Joining NCNPC
