There will be 18 options given to you if your work is related to some other field then select the option of other and give a bit detail of your business to get a good “Memorandum of Association” & “Articles of Association” to you. • Pricing & Packages- It includes what is being offered, basic packages, & add-on services. Basic packages include DIN for every director, digital signature, registration fee, PAN card, TAN card, MOA, etc. You can also apply for Sales Tax Registration, Service Tax, Trademark, Logo, Domain Name, Secretarial Compliances, etc.

You can pay through Netbanking, Debit Card, EMI, IMPS, NEFT, Mobiwiki, Instamojo, etc and also through the Paytm wallet. If you have a valid discount coupon then you can apply that too here. Don’t forget to provide the billing details as it may differ from the registration details. • Work Completion - When you have filled the company registration form and your payment has been done then you have submitted the required documents for your Private Limited Company Registration process.
