Signs and Symptoms Hypertension may possibly lead to organ damage and several other illnesses Some causes are smoking, obesity, diabetes, stress, aging, high level of alcohol consumption, etc.
Signs and Symptoms cont. Nosebleeds, Headaches, Blurred Vision, and dizziness. People should be worried if they experience these symptoms over a prolonged period of time.
Treatment for Hypertension Thiazide diuretics, Beta blockers, and various other blockers and inhibitors can be used to control hypertension but not cure it. People trying to control hypertension often are advised to decrease sodium, increase potassium, watch their calories, and maintain a reasonable weight.
