Types of Questions • Why doesn’t teacher have account? • Needs School User account rather than District user account…or, may have multiple accounts • Do I need to roster all students even if I have less than 11 students? • Yes, teacher should roster all students. • SAS EVAAS® applies business rules • Do I need to verify a roster for each tested grade/subject/course even if same students? • Yes! • Intervention specialists, Title I teachers, etc. • Domains 1 and 3.

Sample LEAs Plans for LEA Implementation • Kristen Lewald emailed 3 sample plans from 3 LEAs to IU CC Listserv on 12/6 • All 3 LEAs approved sharing statewide • Not endorsing or approving or evaluating any language/actions in the plan • Simply a way of showing people that LEAs are actually creating plans to ensure preparation for PVAAS Roster Verification and PVAAS Teacher Specific Reporting • Share with your LEAs!!!

PVAAS and Special Ed • As an IU: • Stressed a need to reach out to LEAs where IU staff and LEA staff are “sharing” instructional responsibility for students • Encourage LEA Special Ed Directors to reach out to LEA Admin to be included in discussion, planning, and implementation of PVAAS Roster Verification and PVAAS Teacher Specific Reporting
