3. Instant Eye DESCRIPTION: Developed a discrete overhead, high fidelity, real-time situational awareness capability for the individual soldier. Instant Eye deploys in seconds, providing overhead and forward EO/IR imagery. System autonomy (GPS position hold, altitude hold) facilitates use with limited training. The cost per aircraft is ~$800 (excludes ground control station cost), making this an expendable asset. DELIVERABLE: Mk-2 version: 3 systems; Mk-3 version: 2 systems. Each system is comprised of 1 ground control station, 2 aircraft, and spare parts. OPERATIONAL IMPACT:Instant Eye enables individual soldiers to perform window/door/roof clearance, recon around corners and down the road, EOD/culvert clearance, as well as general surveillance and reconnaissance. SPONSORS: CTTSO, RRTO PERFORMER:Physical Sciences, Inc. • END USERS: 75th Ranger Regiment, BORTAC, DOE, FLETC, MARSOC, NSWG, USASFC(A) • TRANSITION: Systems are transitioning to USASFC(A) for operational evaluation and will be commercially available. • 27 kits procured for USASFC(A) OT&E • 46 kits to procured for interagency OT&E • COMMERCIALIZATION: USASFC, BORTAC, NSWG, DHS, DOE, MARSOC, 75th Ranger Regiment receiving systems for OT&E. System is commercially available, a large buy through FEMA being worked for humanitarian aide.

4. Personal Security Awareness Training Package DESCRIPTION: Senior government officials who work for high profile agencies and do not qualify for a protective service detail are vulnerable targets. In order to enhance their protection and mitigate risk, an easily accessible information resource was developed and used as a training package. The training package was provided as a method for agencies to mitigate risks and provide their senior officials with the means to better protect themselves and their families. DELIVERABLE: Training Package, including booklet (hard copies) and a CD-ROM OPERATIONAL IMPACT: Provides Senior Executives within the government who are not issued a protective detail information on how to protect themselves and their families. Mitigates risk for the government official and their family. SPONSOR: CTTSO PERFORMER: Adayana Government Group END USERS: DHS, DoD, DOE, NCIS, PFPA, USSS TRANSITION: Training package was provided to the Government Printing Office for further distribution. COMMERCIALIZATION: HHS, PFPA, HUD, FBI, CIA, USSS, DOE,DHS, and Marine OSI have obtained more than 130 copies of the PSA booklet. Other agencies may procure additional booklets via GPO.

6. R3820- Standoff Vehicle Identification • Description: Develop a mechanism that enables rapid identification and ingress of high risk personnel (HRP) vehicles at government facilities. • Specifications: • Standoff identification. • Alert entry control point (ECP) officer approximately 1 city block from ECP. • Positive identification approximately ¼ block away. • Undesiredfeatures include: • Active tracking beyond government facility borders. • Overtly marking vehicles as high value targets. • Yielding signatures that enable identification/targeting by threat actors.

7. R3820- Standoff Vehicle Identification • Specifications cont’d: • Shall not impede normal ECP officer duties. • High reliability and low false alarm rates are key. • Equipment (if any) for HRP distribution shall be low cost (threshold) and disposable (objective).

8. R3824 – Multi-Radio Device • Description: Combine multiple radio-based communication methods into a single ruggedized device for use in harsh operational environments. • Specifications: • Integrate four (threshold) to six (objective) devices. • PRC-117G, PRC-152A, Motorola XTS-5000. • Iridium phone, GSM mobile phone, BFT device. • Concurrent running of all comms (objective) with user ability to switch between comms methods.

9. R3824 – Multi-Radio Device • Specifications cont’d: • Shall be DOS/DoD crypto compatible with ability to load unique COMSEC key. • Standard port for user configuration in field. • Lightweight and small size. • 5 lbs or less, 3.5 in W x 11 in H x 3.5 in D (incl. battery). • Ability to mount device in vehicles. • Device shall operate 10 hrs (threshold) in harsh environments. • Easily replace/recharge batteries in field. • No proprietary software for access to comms/data.

10. R3838 – Micro LTE Single Channel Transmitter • Description: Develop a single channel transmitter that sends encrypted SUAS video to field personnel cellular devices in real time. • Specifications: • Shall easily integrate with Tier 1 SUAS. • Available avionics/electrical bay within air asset. • Transmit via organic 4G LTE base node. • Simultaneous transmission to 8 (threshold) operators. • Also capable of commercial cell transmission. • Organic power supply shall last 2 hrs (threshold).

11. R3838 – Micro LTE Single Channel Transmitter • Specifications cont’d: • Video format shall be compatible with: • Web RTC specifications. • COTS 4G LTE standards. • Various smart cell devices. • SIM card easily accessed from installed location. • Ruggedized device and packaging. • Dust, rain, high/low temperatures. • Shock and vibration from SUAS landing/turbulence. • All design info delivered with unlimited government rights. • Delivery includes 5 transmitter devices.

12. R3839 – Deployable Modular Speech Isolation Room • Description: Develop a deployable isolation room that enables government officials to hold sensitive discussions while on travel. • Specifications: • Full SCIF is not required. • Room size 12 x 7 ft (exterior), 11.5 x 6.5 ft (interior). • Modular components 30 x 42 in, 100 lbs max. • Assembly by 2 individuals in 2 hours. • Storage/transport cases. • Durable and sized for elevators, narrow halls/doors. • Shall fit single transport vehicle 14 x 7 x 7 ft and standard air transport crates.

13. R3839 – Deployable Modular Speech Isolation Room • Specifications cont’d: • Durable materials. • Withstand high rate of assembly/disassembly. • Shall meet U.S. fire code regulations. • Professional office interior. • Accommodate small conference room features. • Ventilation/climate control for indoor use. • 120v AC/60 Hz with exterior recessed AC receptacle. • Telecomm patch panel recessed to prevent damage. • Patch panel collocated with power input near floor. • STC 40/AGS Sound Group 2 rating with HVAC on.

R3877 – Personal Duress System III (PDS-III) • Description: Develop a system that enables high risk personnel to alert protective service detail when under duress. • Specifications: • Transmitter for high risk personnel. • Multiple common “pocket litter” form factors. • Powered ON except when in storage sleeve. • Battery life 2-7 days. • Receiver for protective service detail. • Small form factor – pager (threshold) or key fob (objective). • Indicators for proximity, battery, alert. • Battery life 8-12 hours.

R3877 – Personal Duress System III (PDS-III) • Specifications cont’d: • System alerts. • Compatible with government frequency reallocations. • Immediate send/receive upon activation. • Avoid interference from other PDS in close proximity. • Operating environment. • Indoor range 700 ft, outdoor range 1.5 mi. • All weather conditions. • System components shall include: • Transmitter/storage sleeve/AC wall charger. • Receiver/storage sleeve/AC wall and DC car chargers. • Sales price less than $7,500.

R3880 – Multifunctional Head Protection System • Description: Develop a head protection system that incorporates advanced materials and helmet designs. • Specifications: • Provide ballistic and blast protection to the entire head and neck region. • NIJ Level IV ballistic protection NIJ 0108.01. • Power integration and connections.

R3880 – Multifunctional Head Protection System • Specifications cont’d: • Active hearing protection. • Communication capabilities. • System must provide data conduits and data visualization capabilities. • Situational awareness must be integrated. • Incorporate Heads Up Display (Objective). • Include transparent armor for frontal face protection (Threshold).
