  4. Article 2 Qualifications: Age Residency, Citizenship, Elections, and Responsibilities. Age: 35 Residency: He must live in the state which he was elected. Citizenship: Must be a natural born citizen. Elections: Not Any Responsibilities: Carry out and enforce laws made by congress.
