Enhancing Action Item Management During Presentations Using PowerPoint

DESCRIPTION

This presentation will engage the audience in discussions to identify and establish action items. Utilizing the PowerPoint Meeting Minder feature, presenters can efficiently track these items in real-time. By selecting the "Action Items" tab in the Meeting Minder, participants can record actionable points that emerge during discussions. These items will be automatically compiled into a dedicated slide at the end of the presentation, providing a clear summary for follow-up. Additionally, the presentation will cover the Integrated Framework for visualization and analysis of platform progress, including tool specifications and future communication needs.
