Porsche 911 (50th Anniversary)

It has been 50 years since the introduction of the Porsche 911 to the automotive market. In celebration, Porsche has designed a 50 year model in which they once again push the boundaries of luxury and power while maintaining the classic feel and tradition of the past. Only 1,963 of this new classic have been made to honor the initial year of production.

  2. Limited Edition • Porsche is celebrating 50 years of automotive excellence • For the occasion, they have released the new anniversary edition of the Porsche 911. • To coincide with the year of initial release only 1,963 have been made.

  3. Unique Design • To commemorate such an important date, Porsche has made a few unique upgrades to the model. • While there are always those afraid of tampering with perfection, with a coupe style, a flat-six rear engine, rear-wheel drive, and Porsche’s continuous adherence to excellence, you have very little to fear.

  4. Wide Body • The first noticeable difference is the comfortable wide-body frame. • This may throw some people off as it has been classically reserved for the Carrera. • However, this is just one of the many special modifications to the 911 that will enhance your driving experience.

Rear Wheel Drive • The new Porsche 911 houses an impressive rear wheel drive, echoing from great high performance and racing vehicles. • The rear wheel drive allows you to quickly and smoothly make sharp turns while remaining stable to the ground. • This is a treat in itselfas it garners greater speed and safety.

  6. Innovation • Innovation has become synonymous with the Porsche 911. • Based on the 911 Carrera S engine, it features a 3.8L, 6 cylinder engine that at 430 HP engine can reach 0-60mphs in 4.2 seconds and max speed of 188mph. • Nothing is looking to change.
