  2. UK Branches held over 130 networking events this year

  3. Kent Branch event ‘The Riffs and Myths of Leadership’ made page 1 of ‘The Independent’

  4. First Network Group launched in Switzerland in September 2012, 2nd event in November 2012

  5. 120 attended a Branch event in Birmingham. • Highest attendance this year and made the local news.

  6. Derbyshire Branch held ten events this year! 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10

  7. West of Scotland Branch working with the City of Glasgow College to roll out CIPS level 2 to locals schools

  8. Branches held seven webinars this year

  9. Average attendance is now at 31, an increase of 50% since 2008

  10. Aberdeen Branch supported an Oil and Gas CIPS Programme – the first syndicated Corporate Award

  11. Central London Branch has the most members in their LinkedIn Group

  12. Channel Islands Branch serves two small islands and has good attendances at events

  13. Beds and Herts Branch held a celebration event marking CIPS 80th Year

  14. Cheshire and North Wales had a ‘Legal Update’ event featuring the Bribery Act 2010

  15. Devon and Cornwall Branch held a sustainability event based around the Eden Project

  16. East of Scotland event with Diageo, showing their drinks supply chain, from sourcing to distribution

  17. Harrow Branch event brilliant title ‘Boost you Mojo, but find it first’

  18. Hereford and Worcester Branch offered a Halloween special of ‘Purchasing Horror Stories’

  19. Signs , Signals and Poker Faces, body language event held at the Humberside Branch

  20. Manchester Branch has developed a relationship with the local Chamber of Commerce, which resulted in a fantastic member event with 120 attendees

  21. Merseyside Branch hold an annual Brewery Tour at Cains Brewery (always well attended!)

  22. North Lancs Branch worked with Accrington Stanley Football Club to offer a children's coaching session with a presentation on procurement

  23. Northern Ireland Branch held a ‘Titanic’ event

  24. Peterborough and Cambridge Branch/Chilterns Branch toured a well know drinks factory

  25. South of England Branch average attendance up from 20 to 36 year on year

  26. What a great title for an event – ‘Can you have your cake and eat it?’ South Yorkshire Branch

  27. ‘Members heard how to ‘Get our profession to the top table’ at the Surrey Branch

  28. Members were treated to a Careers and CV Clinic held at the Thames Valley Branch

  29. West of England Branch partnered with the UWE to jointly fund events

  30. West Wales Branch had a visit from an ‘Everest’ Explorer

  31. Yorkshire Branch held a successful event with the Association of Northern Mediators
