SERVICE ONLY COACH REGISTRATION Individual Coach Reg - Annex E to Section 4 MATT 3 Level 2 – Proof required Annual qualification FAAW Certificate Valid for 3 years Copy of certificate stapled into back of registration book Fee Proforma – Annex D to Section 4 Refresher Proforma - Annex G to Section 4

  8. ABAE COACH REGISTRATION As per Service Only Coach with; DBS – 1ST ACE (5YRS) - £8 ID Card – (Annual)

CIVILIAN BOXING EVENTS • NOTIFICATION OF ARMY BOXING SECRETARY – CERTIFICATE OF ASSURANCE • AUTHORITY FROM REGIONAL BOXING AUTHORITY REQUIRED • BOXERS – MUST ALL BE ABAE REGISTERED (£22) • COACHES – MUST ALL BE ABAE REGISTERED (Require DBS through ABAE) • OFFICIALS – MUST BE ABAE REGISTERED (Even split with region) Mil Venue – Army BA Official in Charge Civilian Venue – Regional Official in Charge
