What is PAYP? - PAYP is a holiday/diversionary programme - Aimed at 8 19 year olds - It builds on and replaces Connexions Summer Plus, Splash, Splash Extra and Community Cohesion funding - Designed to support young people aged 8-19 at risk of involvement in crime and social exclusion across the country from April 2003 to March 2006. .
