  4. NV/NV To foster collaboration between professional and semi-professional artists and other individuals to produce quality cultural events for our community. To provide community access to performance and educational opportunities in theater-related crafts and technology. To promote the importance of computer technology awareness in terms of the arts as well as training and accessibility to help bridge the digital divide within our community at large. To reflect the cultural diversity of the area and serve under-served populations. To entertain and enrich lives for a better community.

NV/NV Background Info In 1993, Ronn Shedrick founded New Voices/New Visions, in Kinston, North Carolina where he held his first summer children theatre camp with productions of Ossie Davis' "Purlie Victorious". Since then, he has produced and/or directed plays ranging from "Five on the Black Hand Side", "A Raisin In The Sun" to "Driving Miss Daisy.“
