  4. Problem could be server related; you will probably get to a different one RE LOGIN

  5. Could be a conflict in your Registry that needs to be cleared REBOOT

  6. Wait 10-15 minutes - could be a transient glitch at CCH RELAX

  7. Pack up and go home RETREAT

  8. You probably have clients waiting RESCHEDULE

  9. A long-term outage needs to be reported to your Site Coordinator / LC and to AARP (ranting on the Blogs doesn't help). Both the IRS and AARP are interested in CCH's performance. REPORT
