  7. 教学实施计划 • 单元实施前的准备具体内容单元课程名称小学英语分层教学上课时间2010年12月15日上课地点学校学生人数35教学环境 投影，图形，声音技术设备投影仪实物展示台录音机软件环境POWERPOINT学生技能要求每一个学生都可以达到而且必须达到的最低教学目标，也就是A层学生的目标。多数学生在教师和同伴的帮助下经过自身努力可达到的水平，这是为B层学生而准备扩展内容目标，适合少数学有余力的C层学生，为其提供发展的空间。教学管理分层管理教学实施准备操练分层,体现学生的个体差异性活动分层，以个体学习和小组互助形式相结合任务分层,让每位学生都体验成功喜悦作业分层评价分层

  8. 作品优点 • 所选内容是学生愿学、乐学内容。我运用简单的课件演示使学生很容易接受我所讲解的内容。教学设计简洁明了。

  9. 作品需改进的地方 • 我所设计的作品存在一些缺点。我觉得我的设计应该在详细一些。对于教学实施计划的一些媒体运用应该在准确一些。
