2006-2007 RI School Children Immunization Assessment • From this year, RI Immunization Program collects immunization data directly from student’s health records, instead of the survey, to get more accurate coverage rates. • During the 2006-2007 school year, Immunization Program staff reviewed randomly selected child’s immunization records from randomly selected schools. • The information presented here describes the up-to-date status of kindergarten and middle school children on the day that the child entered kindergarten or middle school.
