  1. Partner’sRoles Valuablepartners, I wanttoremindourroles in project. And I wanttogetfeedbackfromyouaboutthis. Theseareourroles in project, you can findmoredetailedversion in application form.

  2. Keçiören Municipality • KBLD is theapplicantandcoordinatororganization in theproject. Itplays a leading role duringtheoverallprojectmanagementandcoordination of theprojectactivities. KBLD is thecoordinator of ManagementandCoordinationworkpackage • KBLD assiststhemethodology of skillsmodulesaspects,of entiredesign of projecttrainingmaterials, evaluation as well as thevalorization of theprojectactivitiesandresults. • KBLD willfulfillthecommitmentsthathavebeenspecified in theproposal, andcarryoutessentialworks in TR alongwithotherlocalprojectpartnerstoidentifyrequirements in DESYODIP in TR,andwillidentifyrelevantoccupationalstandards. • KBLD willprovideefficientcommunicationwithTurkish NA on behalf of thepartnership;implementthepartnershipagreements; distributethebudgetbased on thecontracts. • KBLD willorganize a transnationalmeetingskick-offmeeting in TR.

NEU • Leadingcounselingandteachingactivities of youngeducation, • Providingcollaborativeservicesrelatedtothespecialeducation, • Assistingwiththeestablishmentandimplementation of plansforaccommodationsandmodifications, • Consultingandcollaboratingwithstaffandparentstounderstandthespecialneeds of disabledpeople.

  4. CARITAS • Organization of StudyVisit • AttendingMeeting • Writingreportsandsimilarthings

MARIBOR • DESYODIP projectmanagementwillhavetheimportantanddifficulttask of establishingsufficientcontrolsovertheprojecttoensurethattheprojectstays on tracktowardstheachievement of itsobjectives; ‘monitoring’. Monitoringwill be concerned as thesystematicandcontinuous data collection, analysisanduse of informationformanagementcontrolanddecision-making. Monitoringwill be an integralpart of day-to-daymanagement. Itspurposewill be toprovidetheinformationbywhichmanagement can identifyandsolveimplementationproblems, andassessprogress in relationtowhatwasoriginallyplanned. Tomonitorprojectdevelopmentandevaluatetrainingmodules, toolsandprojectresults.

DOST • Presentationandintroduction of theparticipatinginstitutions • Background andneedanalysis of supporttrainingforyoungdisabledpeople. • Collection of feedbackandinformationthroughdeskstudiesfrompartners • Collectallavailableinformationfromallpartners • Preparingthenationalreports • Discussions on lifelonglearningsupporteducation. • Discussion on therecentappliedmethods in supporttraining • Discussion on newmethods of trainingfordisabledyoungpeople • Introduction of thecompleteprojectandwhat has to be done duringtheproject • Introduction of work-packagesandbudget of theproject • Organisation a meeting in Turkey .Organisingthetechnicalandeducationaltoolsto be produced • Provideguidelinesthatwillcheckthevalidityandsuccess of thesurveyquestions, • - Providesufficientfeedbackfromthetargetgroupaboutthetrainingmodulesandtrainingmaterials • - Test of theneeds of youngdisabledpeople. • - Test of theneweducationtools

CIF-France • CIF FRANCE willparticipate • researchlocaltargetgroups, disablepoliciesandexistinggoodpractice • developingandadaptingtrainingcurriculum • participationin trainthetrainers workshop • organizingthe transfer of developedmethodologyandtrainthetrainersandtutor of disablepeople • disseminationof projectoutcomes. • CIF FRANCE willworkwith his local ,nationalpartnerstocontributetotheproject.
