PACKAGING RECOVERY ORGANIZATION, MEAN FEATURES • Repack Plcis apublic limited company, which do not distribute profit, and the accumulated funds are invested to set a sustainable separate collection systems of packaging waste at locals. • On 01.11.2004г. Repack Plc.obtained license№ ООп-04-00, issued by Ministry of Environment and Waterto meet obligations of Art.11 of Waste Management Act and Regulation of packaging and packaging waste.

REPACK PURPOSES • Serving packaging fillers and importers in Bulgaria to meet their obligations for separate waste collection according Waste Management Act • Providing to people system for separate waste collection • Decreasing the packaging waste stream to municipality landfills • Increasing public awareness in the field of separate waste collection. Especially attention paid to children and students.

Our stockholders are: • “BULIMVEKS” – Sofia, mineral water • “FESTA HOLDING” – Pomorie, wine and alcohol drinks; • “LVK-VINPROM” – Turgovishte, wine and alcohol drinks; • “MEGAHIM” – Ruse, Paintingand polish industry • “BULPLAST” – Sofia, recycling of PVC pipes and other plastics • “IZOLA PETROV” – Sofia, production of building materials • “DRYPLASTCOMERS” ООД – Sofia, building goods and packaging • “М&М TRADING”– Sofia, management and trade

ATTAINEDRESULTS 2006 • During 2006 REPACK fulfill obligations of 1226 companiesfor recovery of packaging waste, which placed at the market 25 472 tones of packaging. • According legislation REPACK had to recover 35% of those packaging which means 8915 tones. • REPACK recycled – 14 564 tones. • Packaging waste collected from municipalities 40t. /monthly • Served population: ~ 233 000 inhabitants

REPACK has systems for separate waste collection in Municipalities of • Yambol, 39 657 served inhabitants • Elhovo, 13 120 served inhabitants • Goce Delchev, 22 498 served inhabitants • Gyrmen, 9 523 served inhabitants • Hadzidimovo, 8683 served inhabitants • Satovcha, 12 814 served inhabitants • Samokov, 43 377 served inhabitants • Sofia, 105 944 served inhabitants
