  2. Ingredients 500g potatoes 50ml milk handful of parsley, chopped black pepper

  3. Equipment Vegetable peeler, chopping board, knife, saucepan, colander, masher.

  4. Method 1. Peel the potatoes. Cut in half.

  5. 2. Bring potatoes to the boil, simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes). 3. Chop the parsley.
