This study explores the functional characterization of the RhoGEF P115, focusing on mutant forms including ∆N and ∆C variants. Using various techniques such as Western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP-myc), we analyze the interactions of P115 with Rac and PAK proteins. The study aims to elucidate the role of specific domains of P115 in signaling pathways critical for cellular processes. Findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms involved in Rho family GEF signaling.
