  1. September 1, 2006 Dear Parents/Guardians, As the first week of the school year ends, I wanted to send home a letter formally introducing myself. I am a student intern from Washington College, and I will be in your child’s classroom all year. I will be working alongside Mrs. Adkins and will gradually begin to teach more and more of the school day.
