  6. Better Health Because There Is Greater Access to Services • 700 doctors newly agree to accept public coverage and provide services for 7,674 people. • 160 new and 82 expanded community clinics resulting in over 80,000 patient visits. • 600 National Health Services Corp. physicians placed.

  13. At Less Cost to the Nation by Reducing the Cost of Direct Health Services by $1.8 Billion State Savings (No HCAP grant)

  14. At Less Cost Because Public and Private Resources Were Leveraged $105 million in HCAP grants raised $630 million in community dollars all flexing towards common goals.
