The Center for Micronesian Empowerment (CME) focuses on equipping participants with essential job skills to enhance employment opportunities. Our vision is to establish a regional workforce development center to prepare local workers for jobs driven by military realignment and anticipated economic growth. By reducing dependency on social services and the need for foreign labor while capturing income for the region, CME aims for efficient resource use, public-private collaboration, and solutions tailored to local needs.
