Rationale The HDA land identification support seeks to address the following: • Lack of coordinated spatial planning over time • Insufficient guidance and governance structures • Dependence on government grants from various departments and lack of coordination of various funding agencies • Inadequate coordination at scale across government departments and agencies on land and integrated human settlement develpment
