In Central Asia : Operation of Training Centers: Khiva UrgenchTransGas Training Center (TACIS project), July 05 to Dec 06. Pipeline engineers/technicians :Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan Phase 1 Preparation in France and in Uzbekistan Phase 2 Execution of the assessment in Uzbekistan (tests & Interviews) Phase 3 Analysis of the training needs Phase 4 Preparation of the training Phase 5 Realization of the training Phase 6 Training assessment Training modules in Russian, theoretical (Gubkin Institute); practical (TECHNIPIPE/ACP experts) and “train the trainers”. Logistics : transportation and accommodation, sub contractors (Gubkin, Training Center administration), equipment & tools, manuals, translation & interpretation…

EXPERIENCE ON TRAINING PROJECTS Kashagan ENI Training Center, Jan 05 to Dec 06 Modules developed abroad (ENI Petroleum University), 18 sessions of 22 weeks: Exploration, Production and Processing of hydrocarbons Reservoir Well completion Oil & Gas : definitions, process & mechanical equipment, treatment plant -KCO production facilities description -Process general description -Measurement & Control -Materials and assembling -Maintenance -Basic HSE -Field practice -Assessment All Organization and Logistics managed by ACP expert.

EXPERIENCE ON TRAINING PROJECTS Turkmenbashi Refinery Training Center, Apr 98 to Sept 99 Training of new units of Turkmenbashi refinery: Phase 1 Preparation in France and in Turkmenistan Phase 2 Execution of the assessment in Turkmenistan (tests & Interviews) Phase 3 Analysis of the training needs Phase 4 Preparation of the training Phase 5 Realization of the training Phase 6 Training assessment Training modules in Russian, theoretical (Polytechnicum University), practical (ACP experts & contractors) and simulator (RSI, ACP partner). Logistics : contractors (RSI, Polytechnicum, DCS, UOP process), equipment & tools (computers, simulators…) manuals, translation & interpretation The training 20 star operators, 60 new operators; 26 weeks training plan covering -Background recap -General chemistry (Anal lab, English, Measur & Control, Maintenance, Safety) -Applied training (Advanc English & PC, applied Physics & Chemistry, Oil & Gas products, Process simulation, Instrum & DCS, Operation & safety)
