This study investigates satisfaction levels with university services through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Using focus groups and survey questionnaires, insights were gathered from participants to assess usability in managed learning environments. Focus group data was analyzed with QSR Nvivo and survey responses were processed using machine reading software. The research aims to improve support and services in higher education, ensuring a focus on learner experiences and usability within academic frameworks.
