ISSUE # 4: DONATIONS FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW THEY ARE DYING If persons know they are dying, and that they will die in the near future due to their disease process or withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment, should they be able to consent to a dying process that will maximize their capacity to be donors? How might this be done in a manner that is respectful to dying persons and respects their wishes to be donors? 300/330 - appleby
