  2. Secretary-Treasurer’s Report – Peter Pappas • 4 Exams outstanding for members who have worked scholastic games in the past • Checkbook Balance • Current $4516 • Projected $1444 • Email problems? • Meeting Dates Tuesday April 28th @7:30 Monday May 25th @ 7:30 Summer - TBD Banquet - TBD

  3. President’s Report – Bob Parker • I have met with or spoken to approximately 90% of our summer league. Feed back has been very positive. • Summer League contracts have been mailed out. The only change is that we will now be receiving a half fee in the event of a weather related cancellation. In the event that the officials were not notify within two hours of the game time. • AD’s have been ask to call game officials in the event of a weather cancellation. • Met with coaches about our fees for scrimmages.

  4. Grievance – Scott Auster • No grievances at this time.

  5. Scholarship Committee – Jeff Earle • Rename the Current Scholarship to The Bill Benzing Memorial Scholarship present by the WCUA. • The renaming has full support of the The Benzing Family and the Executive of the WCUA • 100% of Executive Committee has agree to Pledge One Game Fee. • Scholarship to be funded by the Members of the Association. • Increase the Scholarship to $1000. • A new Bank Account will be set up in the name of the fund and monies will only be used for the Scholarship. • Each Member is be ask to make a pledge to this new fund.

  8. Non-Scholastic Baseball – Bill Merritt • Non-Scholastic games start this Sunday. • Over 30 league start this weekend. Several area Little Leagues start April 28. • Please update your availability ASAP. • If you need help with The Arbiter please contact Bill, Bob or Matt via email and we will work with you in becoming more comfortable using the program.
