Grand Soho Makati reaches 74-percent completion in June Grand Soho Makati, Century Properties’ Fully-fitted, Fully-furnished condominium with three interior design options in Salcedo Village, has reached a 74-percent completion rate last month and is on track for its June 2010 delivery. As of June 30, the 336-unit joint venture project of Century with the United Coconut Planters Bank has reached 99% for its masonry works. Walls and ceiling installation is at 94%, waterproofing is at 91%, aluminum and glass installation is at 85%, toilet and bath works are at 61%, doors, jambs, hardware and moldings are at 63%; and metal works is at 60%. The installation of balcony railings has reached the building’s topmost level, while toilet works are ongoing up to the 36th floor. Interior wall painting is currently being sampled on the seventh floor as well as the hallway tiles. Kitchen countertops have also been delivered and are slated for installation shortly after the arrival of the kitchen cabinets. And just like SOHO Central, GSM will open its showcase units very soon to provide ideas to future residents on how they can accessorize their space. GSM’s amenities include a Business Center, Function/Meeting Room, THX Room, a Media Center, and storage spaces.
