  1. Anxiety Depression and other Demons Addressing issues. http://www.tanuchoksi.in/

  2. Oops, we’ve got a problem. “Oh no! Oh god what if this happens, but what if that happens and then…” everyone goes through stress, it is normal. However, for some, the stress tolerance levels are low and it can hinder productivity. If productivity is hindered it leads to anxiety depression and sleepless nights. The cycle never breaks. Or so you think. You really can help yourself. http://www.tanuchoksi.in/

  3. Don’t stress. Of course, it is the stupidest advice. Do not stress. Take it seriously however. The time you spent stressing is time you have wasted in thinking of ways to address the problem. Calming yourself is important. But if you cannot do it yourself, do not panic! You can always use the assistance of a mental health therapist. It is never too late to get rid of insomnia anxiety depression and other such demons. http://www.tanuchoksi.in/

  4. There is always help. As we grow older, we grow tired. We are so self involved we forget other people have problems too. So how can you expect someone else to help you? Someone who is not a professional will only address your problem from their personal experiences, transferring their biases to you unknowningly, giving you more stress. This is also unhealthy. It is so much better to visit a non-biased, non-judgmental mental health therapist who uses logic rather than emotion to address your problems. They empathize, sympathize and help you find a way out of it. http://www.tanuchoksi.in/

  5. It is all in your head. It really is all in your head. The anxiety depression and stress. But that is not all. You also have strength, courage and self esteem within you to get over your problems. It depends on what end of the spectrum you are and how honest you are with yourself. A mental health therapist will not give you magical solutions to your problems. They will help you find the right path to address them that you are most comfortable with. They will monitor your progress and eventually show you how to be self sustained and deal with your problems on your own until you are rid of them. http://www.tanuchoksi.in/
