Note : • Diagnosis using scoring system performend by a doctor • If scrofuloderma is present diagnose Tuberculosis • Body weight assessed at the time of admission (moment opname) • Fever /cough which not respond tostandard therapy • Chest x ray is not main diagnostic tool in childhood TB • Children with rapid BCG reaction shoud be evaluated using scoring system • diagnosis TB when the score > 6, (max 14)
