  2. Work Smarter Not Harder • Desktop Basics • Create Folders • Finding folders, your classroom or Lab LMC. • Saving to Lab LMC with kids • File –Save As • Labshare- Lab LMC • Teacher Folder – create your own or have one created for you.

Work Smarter Not Harder • Emails and Attachments • Opening documents • Right click on them and open with Word • Emails out of order – click on received and will put them back in date order • Split screen- good for viewing spam folder • Address Book – create distribution lists – parents • New email – to box- New button- distribution list – add new name and email address.
