  3. NCBEA • State conference that rotates between the states in our region • 2011 was in Wisconsin • 2012 will be in Ohio • Missouri is the only state with Mo-ACTE type of organization • Others only have fall conference • Cost was $145 with two meals

  6. National Policy Seminar • Depressing and Overwhelming • 2013 Outline shows no separate funds for CTE, better accountability, and grants to get the money for states • Every 26 seconds a student drops out of high school
