The West Michigan Chapter 62 is launching the “Build It and They Will Come” campaign to enhance the visibility and value of certified property management professionals through partnerships, innovative advertising, and targeted outreach. This initiative includes advertising in local publications, engagement with real estate clubs in universities, and membership enhancement strategies to attract candidates for ARM®, CPM®, and AMO® accreditations. The aim is to increase awareness of credentialed professionals, drive membership growth, and strengthen our chapter's volunteer initiatives.
